RAMCORE provides fully managed automation services across multiple communication channels including WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and Social Media. Our services include:

• FlowBot AI - AI-powered customer support and lead qualification
• UltraReach - Multi-channel outreach campaign execution
• Social Media Automation - AI-powered automation for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X

3. User Obligations

As a user of RAMCORE services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and service setup
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations
• Comply with anti-spam laws including CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and POPIA
• Obtain proper consent from recipients before sending automated communications
• Not use our services to send unsolicited, fraudulent, or malicious content
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services or servers

4. Service Availability and Modifications

RAMCORE strives to maintain high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time
• Perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice
• Update these Terms of Service with notification to users

5. Payment Terms

Service pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis. Payment terms include:

• Fees are specified in your service agreement
• Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your agreement
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in your service agreement

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of RAMCORE services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of RAMCORE and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you provide to our services. By using our services, you grant RAMCORE a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAMCORE shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or delays
• Third-party actions or platform changes (e.g., WhatsApp, social media platforms)
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RAMCORE, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you provide or campaigns you execute through our services

9. Third-Party Services

Our services integrate with third-party platforms including WhatsApp, social media networks, email providers, and SMS gateways. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. RAMCORE is not responsible for changes to third-party platforms that may affect service functionality.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement according to the terms specified in your service agreement. RAMCORE reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to services if:

• You breach these Terms of Service
• Your use violates applicable laws or regulations
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Payment obligations are not met

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of RAMCORE services shall be governed by the laws of South Africa. Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Changes to Terms

RAMCORE reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our services. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
