1.
PERFORMANCE OBLIGATION

RAMCORE shall continue providing outreach services at no additional charge — beyond the agreed setup fee and retainer — until Client’s documented commissions from RAMCORE-sourced conversations equal or exceed the total fees paid to RAMCORE, inclusive of setup and all monthly retainer payments to date.

2.
MEASUREMENT

“RAMCORE-sourced conversations” means any prospect first contacted through outreach operated by RAMCORE that converts to a closed policy or transaction within twelve months of first reply. Client reports commission attribution monthly; RAMCORE may request CRM exports or carrier statements for verification.

3.
NO TIME CAP

This obligation carries no expiry date and no maximum free-service period. RAMCORE continues at no charge until Client recoups in full, subject only to either party’s right to terminate under the termination clause of the full agreement.

4.
NO REFUNDS

Client acknowledges that once outreach infrastructure is provisioned and sequences are live, the work has been performed and has value. The remedy for shortfall is the performance obligation in Clause 1 — continued service at no charge — not monetary refund.
